Q: Which other applications for freshMAXX^® by mobilefreshness^® do exist?

A: The website gives you just a short overview. The concept for freshMAXX^® by mobilefreshness^® is steadily under further development. We will be happy to show you, how freshMAXX^® by mobilefreshness^® can be adopted for your advertising and your target group(s).

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: After approval of the printing file, approx. 6-8 weeks. Express deliveries are always possible on request.

Q: Which are the Design guide lines?

A: As long as the template and the Technical Data are minded, there is no limit to your
creativity.

Q: Is freshMAXX® for all skin types?

A: Of course, all our products are dermatologically tested.

Q: Is the production certified?

A: Yes, our production is ISO 9000 certified.

Q: Is it possible to insert something different instead of a card, f.i. voucher chips etc.?

A: In principle everything, which fit into the wrapping can be inserted. Please contact your local Sales Partner.

Q: We do not have a Creative Department – who will do the Design?

A: On request, we will be happy to assist you with an design, which really boosts your advertisement.

Q: Where to I find the Templates as well as some Icons free of charge?

A: Please click on Client Log-in. Please get in touch with us for your Password.

Q: In which format do you need the Design files?

A: Please provide us with data in Photoshop (.psd). Also the Design for the tag or the embroidery should be provided in Photoshop. Design files for the cards are requested to be in Illustrator (.ai) format. Please check other details with our
Administration Office.

Q: I do not find any more detailed documents for download. Why?

A: freshMAXX® by mobilefreshness® offers a huge variety of possibilities. Most of them are very
individual and would go beyond the content on a website. Please get in touch with us.
